Hi, I’m Jagoda – I spent years managing operations for teams of 100+ at places like Little Dot Studios and Apple.
I’ve directed award-winning films, run Apple’s repair logistics, and overseen 400+ social media accounts for major studios — Netflix, Amazon Prime, Discovery, NBC. The scale was bigger. I’ve seen what happens when systems get too complex: people quietly stop using them. To borrow from Joni Mitchell — I’ve seen systems from both sides now. I know what operating at high scale and small both look like.
I’ve worked with enough brilliant business owners who just needed a bit of support, in the day-to-day, or in building a system that actually holds their processes together. And I strongly believe technology nowadays gives us enough solutions to make running a business feel less overwhelming.

Almost always, yes — and giving up on Notion is usually a sign that the system wasn’t built around you, not that Notion is the wrong tool. The most common reason founders abandon their setup is that they built it based on someone else’s template or tutorial, rather than starting from their actual workflow and working backwards. That’s precisely the problem this work is designed to fix.
AI tools are genuinely useful for execution — writing, formatting, automating repeatable tasks. What they can’t do is diagnose. They can’t look at your specific business, identify where the real friction is coming from, and tell you what actually needs to change and why. That requires someone who has seen enough businesses to know what a problem looks like before the founder can name it. The audit and the judgment are the work — the tools are just where the solution lives.
A few reliable signs: you’re rebuilding your process every time a new client comes in, you carry most of your business in your head rather than somewhere you can hand off, you feel busy but can’t point to what moved forward, or you dread certain parts of running the business that should be straightforward. None of these are personality flaws. They’re signals that the infrastructure hasn’t kept pace with the business — and that’s a solvable problem.
